How do we begin?

Frequently asked questions
How much does an investigation cost?
It depends on the type of case and the days of work. The price is agreed in writing before we start and is honored to the end. You pay 60% to begin and the remaining 40% on delivery.
How long does it take?
Investigations are hired by the day; each day is a working shift of five to eight hours. The proposal states the estimated duration.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Information is kept for two months after delivery and then deleted. Only a court order can oblige us to share it.
What do I receive at the end?
A report with the verified facts and the photographic or video record obtained lawfully, according to the contracted scope.
How do I hire you?
You write to us on WhatsApp or through the form, we assess the case, send you the proposal and, if you accept it, we begin. We verify the identity of the client.
Can you investigate outside Medellín?
Yes, throughout Colombia; the geographic scope is defined in the proposal.
