How we work
A clear process from the first message to delivery. No surprises.
1. Contact and advice.
You write to us by WhatsApp or email and tell us your case. We analyze it with you, advise you on the best way to approach it, and agree on the type of service, its duration and its cost. We verify the identity of the person hiring us: only the account holder is entitled to guarantees, support and claims.
2. Investigation.
Our agents carry out what was agreed during the agreed days. Each day of investigation is a five-to-eight-hour shift of fieldwork. The safety of our staff comes first: any job that puts it at risk or pursues purposes other than our services is stopped immediately.
3. Delivery.
When the contracted time is complete, you receive the full report with the photo and video record in high definition. If we obtain evidence of very high value at an early stage, we may deliver it sooner.
Confidentiality. All the information you give us and all the information we obtain is confidential. Evidence and data are kept for two months, so that you can recover them if you resume the case, and are then deleted according to our protocols. You may ask for them to be deleted earlier. Only a court order obliges us to share information.
Financial terms. The agreed price holds until the end. To begin, 60% of the amount is paid; the remaining 40% is paid at the end, before delivery. Payment processing fees are borne by the client. The full payment and refund terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
For businesses. The process is the same in spirit: scope and price closed in writing, a confidentiality agreement, delivery within the agreed deadline and professional review when regulations require it.
